OTP SMS runs through your own gateway account. The platform includes a free WhatsApp order handoff (wa.me deep-link) — if you want a paid, automated WhatsApp Business messaging subscription on top of that, you set up and pay for that account too.
Payment gateway fees
Razorpay charges its own per-transaction fee, billed directly by Razorpay — not part of our price.
Domain registration
Domain purchase & renewal is always on you, under both plans.

Do you hand over the source code?
No — under both plans, we deploy and license the platform for your use, but the source code stays with Weblancer Technologies. If you specifically need a custom build where you own the code, contact us to discuss a bespoke engagement.
What's the real difference between the two plans?
It comes down to who hosts and manages the server. On Client-Hosted, you host on your own server and bear the server cost — no recurring fee to us. On Weblancer-Hosted, we host and manage the server for you on our infrastructure, which is why there is a small annual management fee.
How is a new feature or customization priced?
Any enhancement beyond the standard platform — a new feature, a custom integration, design changes — is quoted separately based on scope and estimated build time. Tell us what you need via the contact form and we'll come back with a quote.
Can I move from Weblancer-Hosted to my own server later?
Yes, that's possible — reach out and we'll walk you through migrating your store to your own server.
